Verdict
The Blade that finally keeps up with modern club pace without ditching the feel that made the line famous.
The lighter version of the Ultra 100, at 280 g unstrung and swingweight 310, with easy power and spin for improving players, but it runs out of stability against heavy balls and costs full flagship money.
Yonex’s 1987 club classic—0.6 mm polyurethane that sits between Tourna’s chalky dry and Wilson Pro’s soft tack—$8 for a 3-pack, colors for days, the balanced overgrip Court List was missing.
