Verdict
Classic Prestige midplus—99 box-beam control with Auxetic 2 softness and more usable pace than the franchise’s brick reputation, if you already swing with intent.
America's default can, the official ball of USTA Leagues for about $3.50 a can by the case, but it's priced for volume and plays like it, with reviewers saying it fluffs and goes flat in a set or two.
Yonex’s 1987 club classic—0.6 mm polyurethane that sits between Tourna’s chalky dry and Wilson Pro’s soft tack—$8 for a 3-pack, colors for days, the balanced overgrip Court List was missing.
