Verdict
The original worm dampener. It weaves across the mains and turns ping into a dead "thwack" for $4.99, so it's the max-mute pick if you want quiet over feel. It costs you string feedback, and the end clips are the weak point.
Prince's 2026 Tour 100 310g, with 16x18, 63 RA, and swingweight 321, is a quick, stable control-leaning 100 that TW's testers loved, but it's a player's frame at $249 that most testers wanted to add a bit of lead to.
The club-default Wilson button dampener—light mute, keeps more string feel than a worm, optional for anyone who likes an open bed—grab the 2-pack if you want the quiet W look, skip it if dampeners aren’t your taste.
